We Will Always Love You: A Dolly Parton Tribute
This week, Courtney and Whitney dedicate the episode to a woman who has been part of the soundtrack of their lives: Dolly Parton.
The Sisters celebrate the Queen of Country through the things that connected her most closely to their own lives: sisters, moms, childhood memories, food and the dinner table. Whitney shares how Dolly’s words helped her find peace after IVF and embrace a life without children. Courtney recalls seeing 9 to 5 in the theaters with Momma and Daddy which eventually led to her showing up to an NFL player’s Halloween party dressed as Dolly. What is really up for discussion is if one of Dolly’s album covers inspired her to enhance her own assets
It’s their very personal tribute to an icon who made being completely yourself look pretty damn good.
