"There’s Always Enough to Share" with Dr. Jessica Shepherd & Desiree Jordan

There’s no shortage of raw emotion in the Season 5 premiere as sisters Courtney and Whitney pour their hearts out, sobbing with gratitude for how they’ve supported each other through the past tumultuous year and a half. The tears don’t stop there, though…

The feels continue as Courtney and Whitney welcome two charismatic Jamaican sisters, born in Toronto and now thriving in Dallas, TX. Dr. Jessica Shepherd, a board-certified OB/GYN, on-air TV expert, CEO, and entrepreneur, is joined by her equally impressive sister Desiree Jordan, a mid-life reset coach. Both are passionately dedicated to women’s health and longevity during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond and Courtney and Whitney are thrilled to talk all things “Courage Puberty” with these two ladies!

Then the convo shifts to the star of the hour, Mama Pauline, a hard working immigrant woman from Jamaica who who along with their father moved to Toronto to create a new life and better opportunities for Jessica and Desiree. A pillar of the Jamaican Ex-Pat community, an avid cook and exemplary hostess, Momma Pauline modeled for her daughters the importance of bringing loved ones together around food.

Jessica and Desiree share memories of her legendary table settings, Jamaican cooking, Momma Pauline's 17 Christmas trees, and one unforgettable cow tongue dinner they would rather forget.

From Momma Pauline's athletic hobbies to strict Jamaican childhood rules, the siblings banter about who was the rule-follower, who was trouble, and how those roles have flipped as adults. By the end you’ll be craving curry and fried dumplings, and convinced that Momma Pauline should have her own Hallmark holiday special. Bringing the episode full circle, Jessica and Desiree close the show with genuine tear-filled tributes to each other, expressing their deep gratitude and appreciation for the ways they've supported, saved, and shaped one another's lives…  and for the mother whose strength, sacrifice, and relentless love made it all possible.

This episode is a tribute to the mothers who raise us, the sisters who save us, and the stories that keep us connected!
