Why it's on our list


When visiting Canada on a family trip, we stumbled on to a fantastic steakhouse that claims to have invented the Caesar Salad, now we can't be sure that it's true... But ever since we've been making our version of this amazingly simple salad that's often requested by our husbands.

Momma's Simple Hash Brown Potato Casserole


Ingredients


Don't be thrown off by the frozen hash browns, you will love this drop dead simple recipe. 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns

  • 2 cans potato soup (undiluted)

  • 16 oz. sour cream

  • 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

  • Add some seasoning to match your preferences

We add Lawry's season salt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Be careful combining the salt and season salt.

The Good Part, Put It All Together


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Combine all ingredients and stir very well.

  3. Spoon into buttered or sprayed 9x13" casserole.

  4. Bake for 1 hour until the top is crispy.
