Before starting her brand of delish grass based vodka and seltzers, PLANT Botanical, Simone Moran started as herbalist and acupuncturist 20 years ago. It might be seltzers at night but Simone likes to incorporate her homemade Wellness tea into her daily routine. This blend of ginger, goji berries, lemon and honey is "great for your immune system." The goji berries add the sweetness, and that has all the great anti inflammatory, antioxidants that make your skin glow. Let's get brewing!


Ingredients

  • 15-20 slices of ginger to

  • 2 cups of boiled water

  • Tablespoon of Goji berries

  • Juice of half a Lemon

  • Honey to taste


Directions


Add 15-20 slices of ginger to 2 cups of water, boil then let simmer for 15 minutes, add goji berries and lemon and honey let stand for 10 minutes. Strain and pour into a mug. Add in a few berries to your mug.
