Ingredients

  • 1 ball of Pizza Girl pizza dough (or any dough of your choice)

  • Pizza Girl Pasta Sauce (choice of Marinara, Vodka, Arrabbiata)

  • Fior Di Latte (fresh mozzarella)

  • fresh basil leaves, torn

  • good quality extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the Grill:Turn on your Pizza Girl Pizza Grill and set it to the recommended temperature for pizza (usually medium-high). Allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.

  2. Prepare the Dough:Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface. For best results, keep it slightly thicker for a chewy, crispy crust.

  3. Assemble the Pizza:

    • Spread a thin layer of Organic Pizza Girl Classic Marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

    • Tear the Fior Di Latte (fresh mozzarella) into small pieces and distribute evenly over the sauce.

    • Place a few fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese.

  4. Grill the Pizza:

    • Carefully transfer the assembled pizza onto the preheated Pizza Grill.

    • Close the lid and cook for about 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy, and the cheese is bubbling. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.

  5. Finish and Serve:

    • Using a pizza peel or tongs, carefully remove the pizza from the grill.

    • Drizzle with a little EVOO, add a few fresh basil leaves for garnish, and serve hot.
