Ingredients


  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded

  • 2 celery stalks finely chopped

  • 4 green onions finely chopped, some green parts included for color

  • 1/2 cup Craisins roughly chopped

  • 1 cup mayonnaise or to taste

  • Pinch of Texas Sage & Shallot Salt to taste

  • pepper to taste


Directions

In a Cuisinart, add chicken and blend until crumbly.


In a bowl mix chicken with all other ingredients. Serve over lettuce or scooped into an avocado.
